What is Guard My Social?
We are an online service assisting clients in understanding and managing their social media footprints. We offer an advanced set of features and tools as well as a comprehensive report on the social trail they leave behind every time they use social media and help them improve their social score.
Why is my social score important?
More and more companies like banks and employers look to social scoring in assessing people and making decisions. Your social media activity can directly affect your life – the job you want or the bank loan you’ve always wanted.
How do I log in to Guard My Social?
To log in, just enter your login details and click ‘Sign In’ on the homepage.
Why am I charged £37.80?
Once you sign up with Guard My Social, you agree to pay a monthly fee of £37.80 for your membership. If you don’t want to be charged, you can cancel your account any time.
How often do I get to check my social score?
Once you’re subscribed to our service, you may be able to access and view your social score any time of the day, every day of the week.
I’m having some troubles signing in. Help.
If you’re having a hard time trying to log in, click ‘Forgotten Password?’ and follow the instructions sent to your email. If this doesn’t work, contact our customer services team using the form on the help page, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0845 565 1926, from Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm. A member of the team will be happy to help you.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password anytime. Simply sign in to your account, proceed to the ‘Account’ page and click ‘Change Password’ to enter a new one.
Do I get a refund?
We are a monthly subscription service which means you’ll be charged £37.80 a month after you sign up. You can cancel anytime, but will not be entitled to a refund.
How do I update my personal details?
If your contact or payment details need updating or correcting, contact us by sending us a message, emailing us at email@example.com or calling us on 0845 565 1926 and one of the team will be delighted to help you. Our offices are open from Monday to Thursday, between 9am and 6pm, and Fridays between 9am and 5pm.
How do I cancel my account?
You may cancel your account anytime by signing in to your account, going to the profile page and clicking on ‘Cancel Account’. Confirm the request by clicking ‘Yes, Cancel Account’ and your subscription will be cancelled.
